Precision Control from Printing to Forming

The production workflow encompasses four key processes: color printing, hot cutting, lamination, and film blowing. The color printing stage employs rotogravure technology to render company logos and product information with high-precision graphics, supporting multi-color customization. The hot-cutting process uses high-temperature blades to cut the material, ensuring clean, burr-free edges that prevent damage during transport. Lamination bonds different material layers using adhesive or hot-melt technology to enhance overall structural strength. Film blowing is used to produce inner liner bags-created by blowing molten plastic into thin-walled tubular film-which are paired with outer woven bags to further improve sealing performance. Some products feature an embossed surface finish to increase friction and prevent slippage during handling.
