1. Raw Material Preparation: The outer bag is made from drawn polypropylene (PP) granules, and the inner liner uses high-pressure polyethylene (PE) film (thickness ≥ 0.015 mm); the use of toxic recycled materials is strictly prohibited.
2. Yarn Drawing and Circular Weaving: PP granules are heated and extruded into flat yarns (2.2–2.3 mm wide) and woven on circular looms into tubular or flat fabric bases; the weave must be tight with no broken yarns.
3. Lamination/Coating: The PE inner liner is bonded to the inner side of the woven fabric via extrusion coating or dry lamination, ensuring strong adhesion and a pinhole-free finish to provide moisture and leak resistance.
4. Printing: Rotogravure printing is applied to the bag's exterior; content must comply with "Feed Labeling" standards (manufacturer name, ingredients, warning statements, etc.), and the ink layer must be resistant to abrasion.
5. Cutting and Bag Making: Panels are cut using a heat-sealing process according to specifications (e.g., 55 × 95 cm); the bottom edge is folded back by 1.5–2.0 cm and stitched with a double-needle nylon thread (stitch spacing: 1 stitch/cm), leaving thread tails longer than 2.5 cm to prevent unraveling.
6. Quality Inspection and Acceptance: Tests include drop tests (no breakage from a height of 2 meters), seal integrity tests, and tensile strength tests; products must pass these inspections before leaving the factory.
