Preparation
Select a clean feed bag as the base material; also gather scissors, a damp cloth, and a sufficient amount of tape.
Empty the bag: Carefully wipe the inside of the feed bag with a damp cloth to ensure no pet food residue remains and the interior is clean.
Trim the bag to size: Cut the top and bottom of the bag to your desired height and style.
Seal the bottom edge: Cut a piece of tape the same width as the bag, place it across the bottom edge, and wrap it around to the back to seal that edge.
Tuck in the bottom: Fold the bottom of the bag inward to create a neater, more structured base.
Reinforce the bottom: Apply another strip of tape across the bottom to connect the sides, providing extra reinforcement and stability.
Reinforce the top edge: Cut a strip of tape matching the length of the top edge and fold it over the rim; this provides extra support and prevents the bag from stretching.

Make the handles:
Cut four strips of tape, each 17 inches long.
Position two strips with the adhesive side facing up and the other two with the adhesive side facing down.
Place the adhesive-side-down strips halfway over the adhesive-side-up strips.
Fold the adhesive edges inward to form two sturdy straps.
Attach the handles: Cut two 3-inch strips of tape and slice each lengthwise in half to create four 1-inch by 3-inch pieces; use these to secure the handles to the top of the bag.
